The ECA is a non-profit, member-based community association.  We engage in activities that improve the quality of life in the Eastport Community and build relationships with our local officials. 

Membership is open to homeowners and renters who reside in Eastport.


Fundraiser for Injured Officer

Officer First Class Michael Macri is a nine year Annapolis Police Department veteran who was injured in the line of duty on October 5, 2016. Donations can also be made at:  ECA is contributing $250 to support Officer First Class Michael Macri and his family.  

Volunteer Webmaster Needed for ECA Website

ECA is looking for a new webmaster to manage the ECA web page.  If you are interested in volunteering for this job or learning more about it, please contact Susy Smith at A small stipend may be available.

Join the Back Creek Walk-a-thon on May 21, 2017

The Back Creek Conservancy is sponsoring the Feet for the Creek Walk-a-thon on Sunday, May 21, 2017 from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM. Registration is $25 per adult, and 1 child free per adult registration. Proceeds go toward the Back Creek Conservancy. Join your friends and neighbors for a healthy, educational, and FUN morning along the water to raise funds and awareness for creek conservation.

Annapolis Police Department Celebrating 150th Anniversary

The Annapolis Police Department will celebrate their 150th anniversary with a series of public events and community outreach. Law enforcement in the City of Annapolis dates back to the granting of the City Charter in 1708, but June 17, 1867 saw the formation of the police department with the appointment of a Chief and four officers. Planned events are listed at
